Not been here for a while so hello again.
The altruist in me says that this is an excellent thing, that Christian Prudhomme has done a great job in turning the tour around from being a laughing stock to leading the field in wiping out drugs from sport.
The cynic in me says that the dopers' methods have become more sophisticated.
